About Maria De La Salut

Central Mallorcan agricultural town

Maria de la Salut is a small rural town located on the top of a hill in the central part of Mallorca. The surrounding land is agricultural and it is famous for its Ramallet tomato (the tomato used to rub on the bread in the traditional "Pa amb oli"). Cycling and hiking are very popular in this area and although it feels very rural the bay of Alcudia is only a 20 minute drive away. Their weekly market is every Friday morning.
