About Colonia De Sant Jordi

Bustling south eastern coastal resort

The busy resort of Colonia de Sant Jordi was once a quiet fishing village. It is located on one of the most southerly points of Mallorca in the region of Ses Salines. The town very much depends on tourism and there are many hotels and apartment complexes. There are many beaches surrounding the resort which vary from busy beaches where you can practise water sports to more unspoilt beaches such as Es Carbo and Ses Roquetes. It is also close to the famous 3km beach of Es Trenc. You can also take a boat excursion from here to the small island of Cabrera. There is a weekly market on Wednesdays.
