Caimari is famous for the olive oil produced there, which is available to buy all over the island. A great base for hiking and cycling. The agricultural fair is held around the 20th November and the weekly market is held on Monday morning. The nearby town of Selva, boasts one of the best restaurants on the island. Miceli, opened its doors in 1995. The menu changes daily, depending on what is in season, and what is available in the market at Inca. Rated highly by a former Hotel Dorchester chef, this is a very special restaurant serving excellent food and amazing local wines at very reasonable prices. In Selva also, is the shoe museum. opened in 1978, showing the shoe making process over the last 100 years. We deliver and collect from Palma Airport.
