About Cala Dor

The Golden Bay

Cala D´Or is a family friendly resort on the east cost of the island. You will find calm waters, sandy bays, cobbled streets and white washed villas. There are 3 main beaches, a marina and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. During the summer there is a night market on Thursday and Sunday evenings. Late May/early June sees dancing in the street with the town´s six day long jazz festival. The town also celebrates "Our lady of the sea" with blessing of the boats, street markets and a big firework display on August.
