About Ses Salines

Famous for the production of salt and honey

Ses Salines has Bronze Age settlements including the Talaia Joana, which dates back to the 9th century. The 20th century St Bartholomew church was a famous landmark for sailors as it is visible from the sea. There is a weekly market on Thursday. The un-spoilt beaches and rocky coastline are perfect for a quieter day by the sea.
